This tool turns a plain PDF into a fillable form by letting you drag real text fields and checkboxes onto the page — the result is a genuine fillable PDF form that opens correctly in Adobe Reader or any PDF viewer (and works with our PDF Form Filler tool).

How to use:

  1. Upload your PDF.
  2. Click "Add Text Field" or "Add Checkbox" and drag it into position.
  3. Click a field to rename it (this name is what shows up when someone fills it later).
  4. Click Save and download your new fillable PDF form.
