It is built for real billing, including India's GST requirements. You can produce a tax invoice, a plain invoice, a proforma invoice, a quotation or a receipt simply by choosing the document type, which sets the correct heading. Your business details include name, address, GSTIN, PAN, email and a logo; your client details include name, billing and shipping addresses and their GSTIN. Each line item carries a description, an HSN/SAC code, quantity, unit price and a per-item discount, and the tool sums it all into a subtotal automatically. You then choose a tax mode — no tax, a single rate, split CGST + SGST for intra-state sales, or IGST for inter-state — and the correct tax lines appear in the breakdown.
The calculations are the heart of the tool and they are completely automatic. As you edit items, discounts, shipping and additional charges, the preview recomputes the subtotal, the discount, the tax (as one figure or split into CGST/SGST/IGST), the shipping, an optional round-off, and the grand total in real time. You can also add a logo and a signature image for a finished, official look, along with notes and terms and conditions — payment terms, return or warranty policy, or anything else — that print at the bottom. Export and saving are flexible.
